I bring you my experience and expertise as a chef, alchemist, restaurant founder, and trainer in plant-based cuisine, free from gluten and dairy, as well as raw pastry, wild and medicinal plants, and edible flowers.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
Because my approach is truly unique — at once sensitive, vibrational, intuitive, alchemical, poetic… and deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom and the living art of plant-based cuisine.
I combine body and Earth medicine, culinary traditions from around the world, the artistry of plants, and the technical expertise of a chef-alchemist recognized for her work in raw, cooked, wild, vibrant and gluten-free plant-based cuisine.
I am the author of “Cuisine vivante, végétale & sauvage” (Eyrolles Editions), and founder of the first raw, plant-based and gluten-free restaurant in Eastern France — now transformed into a nomadic space of transmission.
I am also listed among the 500 female chefs who are making a difference in the kitchens of France (Nourriturfu Editions), with a preface by Anne-Sophie Pic.
